Shipping Policy – Lupo Delle Alpi

At Lupo Delle Alpi, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and reliably to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping is free on all orders, to every destination we serve (the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand). There are no shipping charges at checkout.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

  • United Kingdom: 7 to 16 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days
  • United States and Canada: 7 to 20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance delays, high seasonal demand, postal strikes, national holidays, or other logistical disruptions beyond our control.

Your tracking number is sent by email once your order ships (orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days), and the tracking link can take a few days to show its first update. If the tracking link provided on our website does not function, we recommend using international tracking platforms (e.g., Royal Mail, USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, DHL, etc.) for more accurate updates.

In case your order is not delivered within 90 calendar days from the date of payment, you are eligible for a full refund. For delivery delays, we suggest first contacting your local postal service. If they confirm the parcel is not in their system, please contact our support team. Once the issue is verified, we will proceed with a full refund.
