Refund & Return Policy – Lupo Delle Alpi

At Lupo Delle Alpi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. How to request a return or refund

There are two easy ways to start:

  • Online (fastest): use our self-serve tool — Request a Return. Sign in with your email to submit a return or cancellation directly from your order.
  • By email: contact contact@lupodellealpi.com with your full name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or videos if relevant.

We respond to all requests within 2 business days.

2. Return window

Requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery confirmation.

3. Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
  • Please include a clear reason for your request.
  • Refunds are not issued for items damaged through misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

4. Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for a refund: digital or downloadable products, gift cards, clearance or final-sale items, and personalised or custom-made products.

7. Exchanges

Prefer a replacement? Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns (unused, original condition and packaging, within 30 days). Start one via Request a Return or by emailing contact@lupodellealpi.com with your order details.
