1. Where does Lupo Delle Alpi ship to, and how much is shipping?
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States, with reliable delivery services. Shipping is free on all orders, to every destination we serve.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 16 business days to the United Kingdom, 7 to 14 business days to Australia and New Zealand, and 7 to 20 business days to the United States and Canada.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Your tracking number is sent by email once your order ships (orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days), and the tracking link can take a few days to show its first update. If your tracking link doesn't work, use an international postal tracking service (e.g. Australia Post, Royal Mail, Canada Post, USPS, DHL, etc.).
